The Breakthrough Session is an opportunity for us to meet and determine whether working together is a good fit for you.
During the 60-minute phone call or video conference (your choice) we will:​

Talk about what you’ve worked on in your health that you’d like to build upon and answer any questions you have.

Uncover your top 3 health challenges you are facing and if personalized coaching can help.

Outline a personalized action plan toward fewer pain symptoms and increased health and well-being.

Private Living Well Coaching sessions are personalized for your unique journey. If we feel our collaboration is a good fit and you’d find my support beneficial, we can talk about what working together would look like.
