Whether you are challenged by stress, chronic pain, sleep, caring for others, taking time for yourself, or looking to shift habits that no longer serve you, our work together will help you to prioritize and take active steps toward your goals. We’ll establish strategies for you to: • Gain confidence and energy by tapping into what matters most to you. • Leverage your unique strengths and draw from past successes. • Find your go-to resources to calm and be kind to yourself on tough days. • Affirm your value in the face of demands and setbacks. • Set up your surroundings so that it’s easier to make healthy choices. • Learn from every experience. I’m an experienced health professional who loves learning and walking on the beach. I have several advanced certifications, over two decades of teaching therapeutic yoga, and a decade of coaching hundreds of people from many walks of life. I’m here to partner with you to enrich your life. I believe that you have the ability to tap into your own self-understanding and resourcefulness to find your unique set of skills and strategies that allow you to make sustainable changes to flourish in your own special ways.
